  4.   - "Integer overflow" error when more than 32 Kb of text is written
  5.     on the Results window has been fixed.
  6.     
  7.   - Interrupts command-colon and ESC have been implemented
  8.   
  9.   - The text results were not always printable. They should be now.

  11.   - When moving a TEXT file on the TopPred icon, the file is opened
  12.     correctly.

  15. TopPred II 1.1 (January 1995)

  18. TopPred II is now available in two different versions:
  19.  
  20.   § "TopPredII 1.1" which is "compatible" with any kind of macintosh
  21.   computer.
  22.     
  23.   § "TopPredII 1.1 FPU" which is a "rapid" version of TopPred. This one
  24.   needs a macintosh with a 68020 processor or later, containing an FPU.
  25.   This version is significatively faster making profiles and
  26.   constructing protein topologies (in several cases up to 6-fold 
  27.   faster)

  30. Other modifications:
  31.  
  32.   - "Open" has been substituted by "Load" in menus
  33.     
  34.   - Minor modifications have been operated in displaying results 
  35.     on screen.
  36.     
  37.   - FOS is no longer a TEXT file.

  39.   - Previous versions hung when one searched for protein topologies
  40.     without any transmembrane domain. This is fixed now.
  41.     
  42.   - Problems reading some sequence files have been fixed.

  44.   - G. von Heijne address and the reference to the article about
  45.     TopPred II have been updated in the on-line help.

  47.   - Finally, some other minor details have been fixed, and several 
  48.     routines accelerated.

  51. Bugs not fixed:
  52.  
  53.   o Problems concerning the scroll bar of the text result
  54.     window: it is only active when the graphic window is hidden.
  55.     
  56.   o When the Edit menu changes, keyboard equivalents do not work untill
  57.     you open for the first time this menu in the new configuration.
  58.     
  59.   o When a TEXT file is moved on the TopPred icon, it opens but
  60.     displays a lot of error messages since TopPred thinks that it is
  61.     a FOS and not a sequence.
